ABOUT

Founded in 1962, the High Point Arts Council is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing leadership and advocacy in support of the arts within our community. Since its inception, the organization has played a vital role in elevating the cultural landscape of High Point and has remained a steadfast presence every step of the way.

The High Point Arts Council’s mission is to enrich lives through the arts. Together, we strive to ensure High Point remains a place where creativity flourishes, diversity is celebrated, and collaboration drives sustainability.

Today, the High Point Arts Council is located in the historic Centennial Station Arts Center in downtown High Point, serving as a vibrant cultural hub for the community. We believe the arts create jobs, generate economic activity, drive tourism, and cultivate a strong sense of community.

Through a broad range of programs, events, and educational initiatives, HPAC works to promote, nurture, and amplify the arts for all.
