Grant Opportunities
The High Point Arts Council is dedicated to fostering creativity and enriching our community by providing valuable grant opportunities for local artists and arts organizations. In partnership with The Arts Council of Greater Greensboro, we offer a variety of funding options designed to support and amplify the work of creatives across our region.

CREATIVE SPACE ACCESS GRANT PROGRAM
High Point Arts Council's (HPAC) Creative Space Access Grant Program (CSA) is a community-focused initiative that supports local artists and arts organizations by providing much-needed venue space at Centennial Station Arts Center. HPAC aims to remove financial barriers to creation, foster artistic growth and innovation, and build a vibrant, inclusive arts community.

Program Goals

Accessibility: Provide no-cost or low-cost space to artists and creatives from all backgrounds
Equity: Prioritize underrepresented and marginalized artists
Community Engagement: Encourage collaboration, public events, and workshops that connect artists with our local community
Sustainability: Build a replicable and scalable model for long-term community arts access

Grassroots Grants
Multicultural arts organizations in Guilford County may apply for project and operations support through the Grassroots Multicultural Grant. Funding begins at $500 and requires a one-to-one cash match from the applicant.

Basic Operating Grants
Basic Operating Grants (BOGs) are designed to support arts and design nonprofit organizations in the greater High Point area. Funds are directly provided by the High Point Arts Council (HPAC) and are provided on an ongoing basis to support and strengthen the artistic and administrative functions of these organizations. We understand that basic operating support is difficult to come by in the nonprofit world, so HPAC would like to provide this grant opportunity to address a need in our community.
