The Titan Civic Band is a collaboration between Guilford Technical Community College and The High Point Arts Council.
Under the direction of Dr. Ronnal Ford and Dr. Thomas Takayama members comprised of musicians from across the North Carolina Triad Region who come together every Wednesday to rehearse and share their love of music.
